Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Web Developer who excels in both web design and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CMS platforms (WordPress and Shopify), as well as advanced coding abilities across various programming languages. This role is dedicated to developing, enhancing, and maintaining websites that drive brand building and digital presence for both B2B and B2C markets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
• Build and customize themes, templates, and plugins for WordPress and Shopify platforms.
• Ensure optimal website performance, scalability, and speed.
• Create web experiences that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and online reputation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement design elements that reflect branding strategies.
• Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code using languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and other modern frameworks.
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and custom features to support site functionality.
• Manage and optimize content across CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
• Implement e-commerce functionalities, product catalogs, and payment gateway integrations.
• Apply SEO best practices for website architecture, content, and performance.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor traffic, conversions, and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular site audits, backups, and updates to ensure security and compliance with best practices.
• Troubleshoot bugs, perform debugging, and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital campaigns.
• Mentor junior developers (if any) and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of professional web development experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Laravel, etc.).
• Experience in responsive web design and cross-platform optimization.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
