The Team Leader is tasked with coordinating strategies with Product Managers and Sales Account Managers, supervising the sales team to meet productivity targets, and setting and ensuring adherence to Product Manager quotas. Furthermore, the role involves administrative oversight, including managing budgets, events, and incentives, and providing detailed documentation and consolidation of sales forecasts for monthly and quarterly reporting. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience in IT Products Distribution and two years in a supervisory role.
